RehabAssistantTool is a documentation assistance platform designed to help healthcare professionals draft clinical documentation. The software does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making.

Clinical Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all generated documentation before using it in any patient record. Generated content must be reviewed by a licensed clinical professional prior to use.

AI Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. Users must independently verify all content before incorporating it into any official record, billing document, or clinical communication.

No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of this platform does not create a therapist-patient, provider-patient, clinician-patient, or any other healthcare relationship between RehabAssistantTool and any individual.

No Guarantee of Reimbursement

The Company does not guarantee Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance reimbursement, claim approval, audit protection, or regulatory compliance. RehabAssistantTool is a drafting tool only and does not guarantee any specific reimbursement or audit outcome.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for clinical decisions, documentation errors, reimbursement denials, compliance findings, patient outcomes, or any damages arising from the use of the software. In no event shall RehabAssistantTool's liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, designs, workflows, and proprietary systems remain the property of RehabAssistantTool. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way, with or without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
