- Email address — for account creation, login, and communication
- Account information — subscription tier, account preferences
- Subscription information — billing status managed via Stripe
- Usage analytics — feature usage, session data to improve the platform
Information NOT Intended for Collection

RehabAssistantTool is not designed or intended to collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Users should not enter any of the following into the platform:
- Patient names
- Dates of birth
- Medical record numbers (MRNs)
- Social Security Numbers
- Insurance IDs or member numbers
- Any other Protected Health Information as defined under HIPAA
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process certain user data:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment information and is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Analytics Providers — We may use analytics tools to understand feature usage and improve the platform. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to patient information.
- Cloud Hosting Providers — Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms with industry-standard security practices.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your account data:
- Account Deletion — You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support via the Contact Us page.
- Data Export — You may request an export of your account information by contacting our support team.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
