Subscription Terms

Billing

RehabAssistantTool subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize RehabAssistantTool to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle
• You will be charged on the same date each month as your initial subscription date
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Access to premium features remains active until the billing period ends
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support within 7 days of the charge.

RehabAssistantTool reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, RehabAssistantTool will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected:

• Access to premium features may be suspended
• You will be notified via email to update your payment method
• Accounts with extended non-payment may be downgraded to the free tier

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Free Trial

Free trial access is provided at the Company's discretion. Trial limitations and duration may change without notice. At the end of any trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
