Delete Your RehabAssistantTool Account

At RehabAssistantTool, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you would like to permanently delete your RehabAssistantTool account and associated personal data, you may submit a deletion request using one of the methods below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from inside the app — no email required:

1. Open the app and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Your account and associated personal data are deleted immediately and the action cannot be undone. You can also still request deletion by email if you no longer have app access:

Apple (App Store) Subscriptions

Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple (App Store). To manage or cancel an Apple subscription:

• On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Or manage them online at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete:

• Your RehabAssistantTool account
• Profile information
• Saved documentation
• Saved templates
• Account preferences
• User-generated content stored within the app

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Billing and payment transaction records
• Tax records
• Security and fraud prevention logs

Retained information will only be stored for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.

Once your account has been deleted, this action cannot be reversed.
